Beginning the process of removing CEP and Q haks. These are bloated and only a small percentage of their content will be used. I am keeping the CEP tlk file that was merged from these collections and keeping the 2da reservations that they use so it will be easier to add in just the content I want to use for the Shining South. This means that the module is currently not loadable so the server is offline until the next update.
