Quick update to the Death System and a bug fix.

  - Fixed a bug that prevented PCs from leaving the Fugue Plane.
  - Reworked the assigning of respawn points incorporating Graveyards.

The website and forums are now live! All of the server updates have been added to the website and the forums have been moved from ProBoards to phpBB. Content still
